A warm welcome to The Marmot. Beautiful new boutique guest suites, right in the heart of Harrogate in a restored Victorian townhouse. We're across the road from the convention center, and no more than five minutes walk from pretty much everything else you'd want to see here in our stunning town. We're keen travellers and we've worked hard to create the place we'd like to stay, and we can't wait to host you.

We have five beautifully designed apartments and suites. They are all similar with subtle differences in layout reflecting the shape and character of the house, a historic Victorian guest house fully modernised by us so it is warm, quiet and comfortable. 


You get bags more space than a cramped hotel room, a mini-kitchen, and the reassurance that this is a property run by a small team who really care about personal service. We want you to get the best out of our lovely hometown, and we have all the local knowledge you need to do just that.

Chances are you already know Harrogate is one of the most beautiful towns in the U.K, built for beauty and relaxation by the Victorians. From stunning architecture and afternoon teas to great dining, pubs, walks and rides out in to the the Dales everything is here on the doorstep. We are located right in the centre of town, across from the convention centre and a five minute walk to any bar, restaurant or shop.

"Fabulous"

Fabulous apartment right in the centre of Harrogate. I was there with two friends for a child-free weekend, and wanted a nice pied a terre to enjoy wine and watch rubbish TV after a day out exploring Harrogate. Our hosts gave lots of great bar and restaurant recommendations (Hoxton North for brunch and Stuzzi for Italian small plates were 👌). The apartment is perfectly appointed with a comfy bed, huge shower and gorgeous local toiletries provided. Thanks Steph and Theo, that was just what we needed.

"Really stylish"

Theo & Danielle’s apartment was a great place for a stay in Harrogate. It’s in a historic townhouse with lots of character, but inside it’s been designed in a really stylish way, with unique art and cool furnishings. Loads of bars and restaurants are a short walk away but it was very quiet at night - I didn’t hear a thing. Theo & Danielle were perfect hosts - friendly communications and willing to be flexible with my checkin time. Definitely recommended!

"Walking distance to everything""

Absolutely fantastic place to stay all within walking distance to the main amenities of Harrogate. The host was extremely accommodating and met me for check in and showed me around. The room was well thought out with everything we could possibly need and the bathroom was spacious with two sinks. I stayed with my child who equally loved the place especially the artwork! I will definitely revisit with my hubby or friends. Highly recommend 🤩

Loved our stay at The Marmot, fantastic location with the added bonus of inclusive parking. The room was just perfect, had everything we needed for our stay. We were visiting to see a show at Harrogate Convention Centre, which is just across the road. Easy walking to great restaurants and pubs. Spot on, thank you, we will return!

Wonderful stay! everything was exactly how it was described online. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive and check in and out was a breeze. Lovely room, couldn't have asked for more. Location was perfect and I would definitely stay again if/when returning to Harrogate. 10/10
